Contract type: Fixed Term Contract - SOLT/Equity West End Agreement Duration: Initially fixed term contract, starting in August 2026 (TBC) until August 2027 (inclusive). The production will usually perform 8 shows a week Tuesday to Sunday, with a Thursday, Saturday and Sunday matinee; and Monday as a day off (subject to change) Fixed term contract dates are dependent on production and production schedule (dates subject to change and subject to the Producer's right to give not less than two weeks' notice of closure of the Production) Salary: In line with SOLT/Equity West End Agreement for a Category B venue. - Assist in the daily operation of the production
- Maintain first class administrative procedures across the production alongside the Company Manager: not limited to keeping company timesheets, collating payroll information, booking company tickets
- Ensure that all other paperwork and reports required by the Producer/General Management are completed in a timely and accurate manner (such as accident reports and occupational health reports)
- Assist in co-ordinating offsite events, marketing, and press
- Assist in scheduling for the company and building
- Assisting with the scheduling and co-ordination of Access performances in conjunction with the General Management, Company Manager and venue
- Ability to cover the Company Manager when required, e.g. holiday and sickness
- Liaise with the theatre management team, in conjunction with the Company Manager
