Job Summary

Sistema Scotland are seeking a Head of Centre to join the team in Big Noise Douglas, Dundee.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation to lead, manage and deliver the Big Noise Douglas programme. You will work with the team and the community to ensure the model supports as many Douglas young people and families as possible. As part of the Sistema Scotland leadership team, you will also participate in and build the organisation's strategy, bringing determination to tackle inequality in Scotland and ensuring that community voices are central to solutions to tackle poverty. You will advocate and highly value the role of early intervention, creativity, music and relationship-based practice in improving lives.

Job Requirements

With extensive experience of successful leadership & management of teams, you will also have experience of working with children, young people & communities, and building & sustaining positive relationships with a variety of stake-holders, along with a professional standard of playing on your principal instrument.

Job Responsibilities

This is a full time (35 hours per week), permanent post.
