* Drive commercial activities including food and beverage, retail, events, venue hire and ticketing services. Control and report on the profit/loss of commercial activities.
* Ensure excellent standards of customer care, including a culture of continuous improvement.
* Champion customer access and inclusion. Play a leadership role in the theatre's Access Committee.
* Oversee the theatre premises ensuring they are safe, secure and well-maintained. Undertake health and safety duties, be responsible for Business Continuity Planning, and ensure preparation for any critical incidents.
* Identify and plan short to long-term facilities requirements such as repairs, maintenance, decoration and equipment renewal.
* Embed environmental sustainability across the theatre premises.
* Carry out the duty of Designated Premises Supervisor.
