Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management and using commercial data to inform decisions and improve performance.
Proven ability to develop and deliver commercially viable strategies that balance financial objectives with organisational purpose and customer experience.
Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing external partners, suppliers and procurement processes, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven and confident working with CRM, EPOS, ticketing and other systems to identify opportunities and translate insight into action.
