We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Head of Development to join our Development team on a fixed-term contract.

The Head of Development is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the fundraising team, overseeing day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth running of development operations. This role involves managing the Development Manager, Development Officer, Development Coordinator and a new Prospect Researcher position to drive fundraising success. You will work closely with the Director of Development to create and implement strategies for individual giving, ensuring the team operates efficiently and maximises output.
