Job Summary

Kenny Wax Productions is expanding its General Management team and seeking a new senior colleague to take on the role of Head of General Management to work alongside our Executive Producer.

Job Description

The person appointed will general manage SIX at the Vaudeville in London and oversee the KWP General Management Department, specifically supporting the work of the General Managers. The positions of Head of General Management and Executive Producer act as designated strategic production support for Producer Kenny Wax and work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director. The Head of General Management will focus on standardising general management processes, supporting departmental training and development. Candidates should be able to join us no later than early July 2026. The successful candidate will be someone with at least ten years' experience working as a General Manager and/or Producer in a commercial production office. They will have exceptional management, communication and interpersonal skills, be highly numerate, with an excellent knowledge and understanding of the sector. We are looking for someone confident, considered, diligent, collaborative and wanting to share leadership of the department. Job Requirements

A minimum of ten years' relevant professional experience in a theatre production office and five years' experience of general managing first-class commercial productions in the West End and UK Tour. See job pack for further information.
