Fixed term - 10 months - 0.8 FTE (0.6 FTE considered) From £37,000 per annum pro rata (£29,600 at 0.8 FTE) The Head of Marketing & Audiences will play a crucial role in our team, leading on delivery of audience engagement through marketing and communications, and an excellent, engaging on-site experience delivered by our Visitor Experience team. Leading on all aspects of marketing and communications, your key focus in this area will be on campaign strategy and delivery linked to our substantial programme of exhibitions, lates, lectures, formal learning, community activity and school holiday activities. You will also oversee the Visitor Experience team to ensure that the same level of customer care and provision of an engaging customer relationship and experience continues. You will be an experienced marketer having delivered successful campaigns, be used to managing an ambitious team, and will have experience in being able to contribute to the strategic direction of a charity, arts or culture organisation. You will be passionate about engaging people in culture and embracing the wide diversity of those that live, work and travel to the area.
