This role leads the marketing, communications, sales and box office teams in the development and delivery of multi-platform, content-rich campaigns with a focus on ticket sales, acquisition, retention and development of audiences, participants and visitors across Norwich Theatre's whole offer. Key Responsibilities You are likely to have significant experience in sales, with a strong record of achieving goals and driving success, together with experience in marketing campaigns and knowledge of communications for the purpose of brand promotion, sales or audience/customer base development. Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to high performance, whilst promoting an inclusive positive working culture will be key for this role.
