Jamie Wilson Productions are seeking a Full Time Head of Video to join the production of Just for One Day, The Live Aid Musical.
Featuring hit songs by Bob Dylan, David Bowie, The Who, U2, Queen, Madonna, Sting, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Diana Ross and many more of the 70+ artists who made history at the iconic concerts in London and Philadelphia, 40 years ago.
This powerful and joyous new musical goes behind the scenes to reveal how music united the world on 13 July 1985 and continues Live Aid's extraordinary legacy of bringing people together through music to make a difference.
- Experience working with LED Walls, Projection, Cameras, Camera Tracking and Disguise would be beneficial
- Candidates will require relevant hands-on professional experience, the ability to work under pressure and effectively within a team, good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to effectively communicate with all teams across the production and be a supportive company member with a collaborative and motivational style.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure that the production runs efficiently and smoothly.
- Leading the Video Department and taking responsibility for the preparation and maintenance of all video equipment. This is a team of one, but the role will receive support and cover from the in-house lighting team.
- Ordering and keeping stock of any equipment or materials needed.
- Assist with compiling and keeping up to date cue sheets and other relevant show paperwork including the show running bible.
- Attend any rehearsals or calls, participate in staff/team meetings and work tech periods and/or get outs as and when required.
