Working closely with the Co Artistic Directors, Producers, Directors and wider creative teams, the post holder will provide expert voice and text support throughout the production process. This newly shaped role will also involve collaboration with Patsy Rodenburg (Emeritus Director of Voice), including contributions to programmes designed to nurture the continued professional development of actors and voice practitioners. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Stratford upon Avon. You will be working 40 hours per week; however, flexibility is essential to meet the demands of the theatrical schedule. This includes adapting hours to support rehearsals, technical rehearsals, production weeks, and performance periods. Evening and weekend work will be required, particularly during tech and show runs. The role will also involve occasional travel to, and working in, London as part of production or organisational needs.
