In your role as a Host, you will be a part of our multi-skilled team, providing high levels of customer service to visiting patrons. You may be asked to work across all elements of Front of House operation including Bar, Retail, Floor and Access. Your duties will include delivering exceptional customer service, assisting patrons with specific requirements, supporting your team with cleaning, ensuring the safety of the audience whilst in the building, and welcoming our audience members for performances. Lightroom is open 7 days per week. There will be a mixture of daytime and evening shifts, requiring flexibility of available hours from our team. As this contract is for temporary Christmas staff you will have to work either Christmas Eve (24/12/24) or New Years Eve (31/12/24). Successful candidates should expect that a minimum of 1 shift per week will be scheduled for either a Saturday and/or Sunday with other shifts available throughout the week.
