About Together for Palestine

Together for Palestine is a new initiative to create cultural shift moments that accelerate public support for Palestine.

Following the first landmark 2025 Wembley Arena concert - that brought together global musicians, artists, and activists - the next phase will see a series of concerts and events in cities across the world, amplifying Palestinian voices and raising vital funds for humanitarian work through charity partners.


The Role

You will be responsible for taking this single event and transforming it into a global effort that delivers real impact for Palestine.

This is a highly collaborative position requiring excellent organisational, diplomatic, and creative skills.

The Important Details

The role reports into the Board of Directors of Together For Palestine Events.

The role is remote and we are open to candidates in the timezones UTC+4 through to UTC-5 given the target markets for the initiative.

The contract is being offered on a one year fixed-term contract. Salary is adjusted to the country you work in to ensure equity across the team. The reference salary for this role is ÂŁ76,000 per year (UK) plus benefits including 35 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays), to be adjusted according to the final level of appointment. We do not negotiate salaries / fees to keep compensation at our organisation as fair and equitable as possible.

Essential Experience

  • Proven leadership experience within music, festivals, large-scale events.
  • Managing budgets, multi-stakeholder projects..
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrable commitment to social movements / campaigns.

Desirable

  • Founded or scaled initiatives, brands, organisations.
  • Multilingual (Arabic, Portuguese, French or Spanish)
  • Worked in int'l contexts across cultures
  • Comms, cultural diplomacy, advocacy background

Job Responsibilities

Creative Leadership and Vision

  • Develop and deliver a bold, inspiring vision and long-term strategy for the growth of Together For Palestine.
  • Lead the organisation's creative direction, ensuring projects align with its values and long-term goals.
  • Liaise with Executive Producers, Creative Directors and Production Heads of national efforts to ensure each concert hits its maximum potential and retains the Together For Palestine brand and values.
  • Represent the organisation at major festivals, in the media and conferences.

Governance and Stakeholder Relations

  • Develop and nurture the international network of allies from the music and entertainment sectors, donors and advisors.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with artists, agents, brand partners, sponsors, media, and cultural institutions.
  • Report to the T4P Board of Directors ensuring its maximum input and collaboration. Grow the Board in early 2026 to support expansion.
  • Expand and nurture the network of Palestinian Advis
