The Music Manager is a key role responsible for the quality of our music clubs and professional performances. You will lead the team that delivers our lessons and ensure every session helps students thrive through music. This freelance role has flexible hours and is approximately a day a week in and around term time. Fee negotiable starting at £20ph. What we are looking for You are an active musician and educator with a strong background in live performance and a passion for developing young talent. - Team Support: Recruit, train, and support our team of band coaches to ensure they are using the best methods for engaging students
- Venue Relationships: Work with professional venues like the Jazz Cafe, Barfly and Camden Club to manage the equipment and sound requirements for our bands
- Quality Control: Work with the MD to maintain the musical and technical quality of all our public performances
