What it's like to work here

You'll report to the Visitor Experience Manager, working closely with the colleagues in the visitor experience team and wider property to ensure the delivery is smooth operationally, departments feel involved, and objectives are met.

You'll work across the Cliveden property group (including Maidenhead and Cookham Commons).

You will be required to work some evenings and weekends throughout the year (including Bank holidays) depending on the operational demands of the site.

Cliveden's Italianate mansion, riverside setting and family-friendly events draw visitors all year round, making this property a busy location with a wide range of opportunities. There is always plenty to do at the 375-acre estate, with conservation of the Long Garden among recent projects. Cliveden's team are close-knit with a wonderful sense of community. The nearest station is Taplow, or you'll need your own transport to get here.

There are 3 main catering outlets; The Conservatory Caf (indoor seating), The Walled Garden Kiosk and Woodland Trailer, with seasonal pop ups for all visitors to enjoy a bit to eat! There are acres of woodland paths, a series of formal gardens with far-reaching views across the Thames and an intimate Rose Garden for those wanting a little bit of peace and tranquillity.
