Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with a strong focus on networking to join our team. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing and enhancing our network infrastructure, including both wired and wireless networking systems, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across the organisation. The successful candidate will bring expertise in managing and supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Servers, and onsite virtual and physical server environments, while also providing backup and support to our existing team members.
A strong commitment to IT security and adherence to best practices is essential, as this role will play a key part in maintaining the integrity and security of our network and server infrastructure. The Systems Administrator will be expected to implement and enforce security measures across systems, ensuring compliance with organisational standards and contributing to continuous improvement efforts in security protocols.
Additional skills in Linux and scripting with PowerShell or Power Automate are a plus, enabling the successful candidate to support automation, streamline processes, and enhance team efficiency. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a collaborative, security-minded professional to play an integral role in the stability, performance, and security of our IT systems.

What we offer:
We offer a wide range of staff benefits, including up to 40 days' leave per annum, in addition to Bank Holiday, a defined pension scheme, season ticket loans and access to professional development opportunities.
You will also be able to take part and be involved in a creative and unique teaching environment, where the students display their amazing work with various on-site exhibitions, public programmes and lectures.
Our Bedford Square campus is based just a 5-minute walk from Tottenham Court Road station, right in the heart of Central London.
