£44.99 per hour (part time 3.75 hours per week)

Term time. Required from January 2026

Mondays 12:00pm-13:15pm, 14.00pm - 14.30pm, 15.30pm - 15.45pm, 16:00-17.45pm

The post

We are looking for a part-time LAMDA teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic team at a time of new potential for drama at St Paul's.

The position is currently for one day of teaching per week on Mondays:

12.00pm - 1.15pm

2.00pm - 2.30pm

3.30pm - 3.45pm

4.00pm - 5.45pm

Further teaching time is negotiable, depending on demand.

The annual salary will be based on an hourly rate of £44.99 This payment includes a margin for your preparation work. Successful candidates for posts here are required to complete a medical declaration.

Job Requirements

The candidate profile

The successful candidate may have the following qualifications, knowledge, and experience:

  • Education to degree level, preferably with a professional teaching qualification
  • Experience in teaching Verse and Prose
  • Experience in teaching Acting
  • Some technical knowledge
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Good administrative and organizational ability
  • Experience of LAMDA qualifications
  • The ability to work effectively in a team
  • A willingness to work the flexible hours the subject demands during term time
  • Energy, commitment, imagination and a sense of humour
