Job Description

We are recruiting three experienced Lead Facilitators to deliver our pilot cohort for Assemble 2.0 an ambitious new work experience training programme for young people aged 18-25 who identify as D/deaf, disabled, neurodivergent or have learning disabilities in partnership with National Youth Theatre.

This programme is focussed on building accessible pathways to employment for young people by delivering tailored training sessions that address the additional barriers young people who identify as D/deaf, disabled, neurodivergent or who have learning disabilities face in the workplace.

We want this programme to give participants functional tools that develop their confidence in communication and collaboration, whilst providing an environment where they can make mistakes.

You will lead the delivery of a programme.
