The Learning and Participation Manager will manage and shape music projects across Music at Oxford's L&P provision - a renowned programme of co-creative music projects in Oxfordshire based state schools, care homes and other charitable organisations. The L&P programme has a reputation for providing high-quality, ambitious and genuinely collaborative music projects in community settings. You will be part of a small but passionate core team, as well as working with a range of freelance musicians and workshop leaders as well as partner organisations and participants who are mostly based in Oxfordshire.
