Job Description

Job Title: Learning Content Creator

Location: This role is home based. It will also require occasional travel for meetings and events

Hours: Part-Time 4 days / 28 hours per week

Reports to: Deputy CEO

Salary: Level 5. £28 500 per annum. £22 800 pro rata

Pension: Stakeholder pension available

Duration: Permanent

Artswork is seeking a dedicated Learning Content Creator to join our dynamic Professional Development team. In this home-based role, you'll design and produce high-quality digital and media resources - guides, eLearning modules, toolkits, and more - that support diverse learners across the UK's youth and creative sectors and beyond. You'll collaborate closely with the team, translating complex topics into accessible, engaging materials that champion inclusion, creativity, and best practice.

Job Requirements

Experience:

  • Professional experience in instructional design and creating, building and organising education content creation in learning platforms
  • Experience using design software, such as photoshop or Canva to produce marketing assets

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of approaches to learning and accessible content creation that supports learning outcomes
  • Proficient and confident in tools such as Articulate, Storyline and Vyond including AI to produce content creation for eLearning

  • Knowledge of a range of IT applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM and communication tools

  • Awareness of access, diversity, equalities & inclusion practice

Must have the right to work in the UK, Design Media or animation qualification would be desirable but not essential.

Content Development & Design

  • Create high-quality digital and media learning materials, including guides, toolkits, presentations, eLearning modules and video resources tailored for creative professionals

Collaboration & Team working

  • Work in collaboration with the Learning Development Manager, Professional Development team, subject matter experts, and clients to shape meaningful learning experiences

Sales and Marketing

  • Ensure all content supports Artswork's brand tone, visual identity and core messaging whilst supporting a high quality and effective learning journey for participants

Administration and Legal Compliance

  • Maintain positive, diplomatic professional relationships with colleagues and our participants, partners and stakeholders
