Job Description

We are seeking a Learning Project Manager to join the Bow Arts team. The role holds a key position in the Learning department overseeing securing, planning and managing a portfolio of artist-led learning projects and packages. They perform a key operational role within the department to ensure a high quality service for schools, learning settings and artist educators. This role involves work off site in schools.

Job Requirements

The Learning Project Manager is expected to:

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing school clients.
  • Provide advisory services and advocate for Bow Arts.
  • Develop new school projects and professional development opportunities.
  • Recruit and manage artists and contractors.
  • Assist in project planning.
  • Ensure programming meets client needs and involves young people.
  • Adhere to Bow Arts systems.
  • Contribute to program evaluation.

Job Responsibilities

The Learning Project Manager will:

  • Prepare and monitor project budgets.
  • Ensure timely invoicing.
  • Promote cost-effective management.
  • Maintain accurate financial records in liaison with the Finance and Administration team.
  • Oversee sales of educational projects and resources.
  • Contribute to the marketing plan.
  • Provide content for digital and social media platforms.
  • Support other departments.
  • Promote the Safeguarding Policy.
  • Attend meetings, sometimes outside of normal office hours.
  • Carry out additional duties as reasonably required.
