We are looking for a Digital Asset Coordinator to play a key role in the successful delivery of the 2025 BFI London Film Festival (LFF) marketing and PR campaign and activities, in close collaboration with colleagues in marketing, PR, digital, programme and production teams.

Salary: £31,326 per annum

Fixed Term Contract: 30 June 2025 - 31 October 2025

We are looking for a Digital Asset Coordinator to play a key role in the successful delivery of the 2025 BFI London Film Festival (LFF) marketing and PR campaign and activities, in close collaboration with colleagues in marketing, PR, digital, programme and production teams.

BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and interest in contemporary film, series and immersive storytelling.

  • Demonstrable experience in information and data management.

  • Good understanding and working knowledge of digital video and image formats.

  • Computer literate and confident in working with Microsoft Office particularly Excel databases, Adobe Creative Cloud and Dropbox.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the publicity materials and marketing campaign assets for the BFI London Film Festival

  • Liaising with the Festival marketing, press, brochure, digital production and sponsorship teams on supplying relevant materials in a timely manner

  • Tracking, QCing, processing and curating all publicity materials, eg film trailers, clips, stills and production notes

  • Owning the shared digital asset database including usage permissions status, and updating internal teams about progress, in order to meet specific deadlines

  • Supplying materials and metadata to external stakeholders such as creative agencies and Festival venue partners
