We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to oordinate all LFF recruitment campaigns including advertising roles, managing the interview process and pre-employment process, as well as supporting the planning and delivery of our LFF Assessment Centres.

Fixed Term Contract: 11 May 2026 - 30 September 2026 Part time: 33 hours per week Location: Work from home + 2 days a week in the office Ever wondered what happens behind the scenes at the UK's largest film festival? The BFI London Film Festival (LFF) showcases international and British films featuring red carpet premieres, Q&As, and immersive XR experiences. It brings a diverse, high-quality selection of global cinema to the public, featuring both established and emerging filmmakers. What you'll do: Coordinate all LFF recruitment campaigns including advertising roles, managing the interview process and offers. Meet with Festival managers to understand their role requirements and provide them with longlists of applicants Help organise and deliver LFF assessment centres Manage all pre-employment and onboarding for LFF new starters You'll have guidance and support along the way, working closely with the Resourcing & Reward team and Festivals team to make this all happen.

Job Requirements

Experience working in a recruitment environment managing high volume recruitment campaigns, including shortlisting and managing pre-employment checks Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System or similar database platforms Problem solving skills and initiative to provide a good customer service and a positive candidate experience.
