Job Responsibilities
Documentation of the collection, including cataloguing, indexing and use of the appropriate ICT system to enhance the collection.
General care and maintenance of the collections and liaison with the Collections Team as required.
Undertake research on collections in the form of a collections review, with a view to deepening our knowledge of the collection, identifying gaps and informing rationalisation.
Assist with establishing and maintaining a company archive, including identifying relevant funding sources and implementing associated policies and procedures.
Prepare regular update reports for senior management on library performance, usage statistics, trends, budget information and staffing business cases.
Ensure compliance with copyright laws, licencing agreements, and data protection regulations.Useful Links
