Limitless is seeking dynamic, experienced tutors to join our pool of freelance educators for our 2026 actor-training programmes. We're looking for practitioners who are passionate about nurturing talent, confident leading a room, and committed to providing high-quality, accessible training for adults. All sessions are delivered in person at Brixton House Theatre on Saturdays, with two possible teaching slots: 10am-2pm 3pm-7pm Commitment & Cover Tutors commit to all Saturdays within their assigned block Sessions run 10am-2pm and 3pm-7pm, unless stated otherwise In the event that a tutor cannot attend a session, they will partner with the Limitless Team team to find a well-matched cover tutor, ensuring learners benefit from seamless and high-quality teaching. Contract & Pay Freelance / block-by-block contract/ Paid monthly via invoice. £120 per session (4 hours) Limitless Light Course - 4 Weeks One 4-hour session each Saturday Scene work, voice, confidence building Includes audition preparation & technique Students perform a monologue to their peers Short individual Zoom feedback session after completion Limitless Professional Course - 8 Sessions (32 Hours Total) Eight 4-hour in-class sessions Scene study, character development, and audition preparation Final filmed showcase: either a filmed monologue or duologue scene Reviewed by the tutor, course founder, and an industry professional Written feedback provided Limitless Professional Plus - 6 Weeks (24 Hours Total) One 4-hour session each week Advanced actor training Showcase submission with professional feedback Exposure to agents/casting directors Final material shared with a curated industry network Areas of Teaching Sought Acting Technique & Scene Study Voice & Speech Movement / Physical Theatre On-Camera (Film/TV) Improvisation & Ensemble Audition & Self-Tape Technique Professional Development for Actors Ideally drama-school trained or equivalent professional experience Previous experience teaching or coaching adult actors Recent or active industry practice Confident leading ensemble exercises, warm-ups, scene/text work, and audition processes Professional, organised, reliable, and supportive Dedicated to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment Desirable: Experience creating syllabi or leading workshops Experience directing filmed or staged showcases Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging actor training aligned with the course aims Lead group exercises, scene work, and creative processes that develop both craft and confidence-selecting scenes and texts that meet the syllabus goals Provide clear, constructive, developmental feedback Facilitate warm-ups, scene study, audition work, and/or specialist training depending on your discipline Maintain an inclusive, inspiring, and professional learning environment Collaborate with the Limitless team on course structure, assessment, and showcase preparation Please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to: [email protected] Selection Process Contact email: [email protected] Please DO NOT contact Brixton House Theatre directly.
