Lindisfarne Priory Cluster Manager Location: Lindisfarne Priory, Holy Island, Berwick-upon-Tweed, Northumberland, TD15 2RX Salary: From £32,124 p.a. (dependent experience) Hours: 36 hrs per week Job type: Permanent English Heritage is looking for a confident and commercially minded leader to manage the Lindisfarne Priory Cluster, including Dunstanburgh and Warkworth Castles. This full-time role combines people leadership, financial accountability, and operational oversight to deliver exceptional visitor experiences. Weekend and bank holiday working is required, with travel between sites. You will lead dispersed teams, drive profitability through strong financial control, and act as a visible ambassador for English Heritage. Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills are essential.
