As an Art Dealer, you will be at the heart of our business, building relationships and inspiring clients to buy and build their perfect art collection. Your responsibilities will include:
- Brand Ambassador: Being the face of the brand in gallery, greeting, qualifying, and onboarding new clients from footfall, to telephone, web and partnership opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Nurturing relationships with new and existing clients, matching our unrivalled portfolio of world-class art with their tastes and collections.
- Sales Strategy: Proactively generating new leads, re-engaging lapsed clients, and nurturing potential buyers, all while meticulously managing the gallery's database to achieve sales targets whilst delivering an exceptional and seamless art buying experience.
- Consultative Sales: Attending home approvals, ensuring every client interaction is as personal and exceptional as the art they're purchasing.
- Events Sales: Hosting exclusive events and providing a tailored, VIP experience for your clients - taking them on a journey from browsing to owning their next masterpiece.
- You are engaging, tenacious, and ready to bring vibrancy to every conversation.
- You're motivated by hitting (and smashing!) sales targets and are eager to earn unlimited commission.
- You're passionate about delivering a top-tier client experience and building lasting relationships.
- You have at least one year of experience in a target-driven sales role. (Art knowledge is a bonus, but not required!)
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.
