Salary: £37,863 p.a. - 36 hrs per week - Permanent

Near Doncaster, Brodsworth Hall is a beautifully preserved Victorian country house surrounded by award-winning gardens. Welcoming around 100,000 visitors a year, the site offers stunning seasonal displays, a fascinating house experience and a lively events programme that celebrates both the families who lived there and the people who worked behind the scenes.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced, hands-on manager to lead Brodsworth Hall & Gardens and oversee the nearby Conisbrough Castle. You'll ensure the smooth running of visitor operations, inspire your team and volunteers, and champion community engagement. Working closely with curators, gardeners and specialists, you'll shape a visitor offer that encourages audiences to return time and again.

This is a full-time (36 hours), permanent role requiring regular weekend and bank holiday work. Internally, the post is known as Brodsworth Cluster Manager.

About You

You'll have experience managing visitor operations, motivating teams across multiple disciplines, and achieving commercial goals while maintaining exceptional service standards. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
