You will act as a Link Manager for a group of schools, manage part of the team of instrumental/vocal and curriculum music tutors and be involved in developing a wide range of performing activities for young people including concerts, projects, and other events. You will also be available for occasional (or potentially regular) work on Saturday mornings at the THAMES Saturday Music Centre, including deputising for the Head of Centre as and when required. The successful candidate will not only be an excellent musician and music educator but will also take a lead in developing music provision in schools. Depending on the candidate's specialism and areas of expertise, this might include a focus on curriculum music, instrumental/vocal music, music technology, SEND provision, ensembles, and high-quality performance opportunities.
