We're on the hunt for a Marketing Account Manager to join our team!

The Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for specific client accounts and will successfully execute all campaign elements on those accounts. This role also involves collaborating with the senior marketing team to implement strategies that align with the company's objective of delivering world-class campaigns to the highest standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Theatre, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years prior experience in theatre marketing, preferably in a touring context.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing software, and analysis.
  • Experience coordinating a busy artwork studio and working with designers.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing environment of live theatre.
  • Passion for theatre and an understanding of its unique appeal to various audiences.
  • Be independent and proactive with your workload and manage shifting priorities to fulfil wider objectives.
  • Uphold excellent working relationships with key client stakeholders to understand expectations and ensure these are met with professionalism.
  • Ability to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends as required.
