The Role: Marketing and Audiences Manager This role is subject to a 6-month probationary period. Kakilang operates a Working Hours, Flexible Working, Leave, TOIL & Absence Policy. Time Off In Lieu covers the occasional evening and weekend working that might be required given the nature of the role. The Marketing & Audiences Manager oversees all marketing and audience development activities for Kakilangh, ensuring audience engagement across all programmes and activities. This role manages marketing campaigns, audience development initiatives, and oversees the work of marketing and audience development freelancers. The Marketing and Audiences Manager plays a central role in delivering Kakilang's audience and income ambitions. You will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that drive attendance, engagement and revenue, ensuring our work reflects the full diversity of East and Southeast creatives, audiences and communities in England and beyond. Alongside artistic programmes, you will also support the marketing and audience development for the full breadth of our activity, contributing to the diversification of our revenue streams, including overseeing and managing our CRM and data logging for reporting, monitoring and evaluation, funding relationships, individual giving, and corporate sponsorship. Location: London
Working hours: 3 days per week (24 hours per week including lunch break), minimum 2 days working in Kakilang's office
Salary: £34,000 (FTE) pro rata at 3 days per week
Reports to: Co-CEO & Artistic Director & Co-CEO & Executive Director
Responsible for: Marketing & Audiences freelance & voluntary staff, when engaged
Holidays: 20 days annual leave + 8 days bank holidays (pro rata)
