Tall Stories is looking for someone who will support the Head of Marketing and Brand to deliver creative, multi-channel campaigns for our productions and projects.

Job Description

This is a hands-on role focused on bringing our digital, social and content strategy to life, ensuring everything we share is cohesive, engaging and true to the Tall Stories brand.

You'll manage day-to-day social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, creating and scheduling content including videos and reels, alongside maintaining the website and coordinating email newsletters. The role is central to embedding inclusion and accessibility across all communications, helping ensure our work is welcoming, accessible and reflective of Tall Stories' commitment to removing barriers for families and communities.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, digital communications and content creation, with strong skills in social media management, copywriting, audience engagement and campaign delivery. They will be organised, creative and detail-oriented, with experience using digital marketing and analytics tools such as Meta and Google Ads. A collaborative approach, passion for theatre and the arts, and an understanding of inclusive and accessible marketing practices are desirable.

Job Responsibilities

- Support the Head of Marketing and Brand in delivering creative, audience-focused campaigns for productions, tours and projects.
- Lead on social media, digital communications and content creation, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional materials, venue marketing packs and press activity.
- Create engaging content including video, photography, graphics, written copy, email newsletters and website updates.
- Manage and grow online communities through social media, influencer partnerships and audience engagement initiatives.
- Support digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, monitoring performance and reporting on key insights.
- Maintain website analytics and audience data reporting to inform future marketing activity.
-Champion inclusion and accessibility in all communications and marketing materials.
-Promote artist development, participation and community engagement projects.
