I am looking for a social media + marketing officer to work remotely with me and co-creator Peader Kirk to promote the Autumn leg of our show Fixing on its Arts Council funded UK Tour. She's also here to help Matt navigate childhood memories of the time just after Matt's parents divorced, when everything seemed like an adventure. The time Matt and their dad were closest. These two worlds collide in a show which is both outrageous and touching, laugh-out-loud and heartfelt, interactive and caring. A show about family breakups, learning car maintenance and choosing the right shade of lipstick to do it in. Together, Matt and Natalie will try to ask, in an increasingly broken world, how might we repair ourselves, together? Desirable candidate attributes: o In depth experience of marketing for small scale touring theatre o In depth experience of using social media as a marketing tool o Organised, self-reliant, able to work to deadlines o Excellent communication skills o Collaborative team player o Ability to create engaging social media posts o Able to work to a brief, whilst also using initiative and offering ideas and solutions Job Role: Duties to include: o Liaising remotely with artistic team (director/performer) o Liaising remotely with artistic team's PR agent o Liaising remotely with venues to target audience groups o Identifying potential audiences o Creating social media campaign to target potential audiences (for approval by artistic team) o Specialised marketing to identified audiences; LGBTQ+, theatre, poetry, local interest groups, via Facebook and other viable avenues o Organising social media campaigns using existing assets and advising on strategy o Creating social media posts and targeted ads o Collating audience feedback from shows for presentation in further marketing How to Apply:Job Summary
