Location: Junction Goole The role The Marketing & Communications Manager leads the strategic development of Junction Goole's marketing and communications, while also taking an active, practical role in delivery. You will plan, implement and evaluate campaigns across our artistic programme, creative engagement activity and wider organisational priorities. You will work closely with colleagues, visiting companies, partners and funders, using insight and data to grow audiences, improve access, and demonstrate impact. You will also play a key role in how Junction Goole presents itself locally, regionally and nationally. Job Description
Responsible to: Head of Arts & Culture
Responsible for: The role does not include line management responsibility but requires close collaboration with colleagues, freelancers and external agencies. The postholder will provide day-to-day task direction to a part-time Marketing & Communications Assistant (two days per week) to support campaign delivery.
Hours of Work: 22.5 per week (to be worked over three, four or five days, in agreement with successful candidate)
Grade: SCP 17 (£31,022 FTE, based on 22.5 hours per week pro-rata salary: £18,864.73)
