Civic Digits CIC is looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, imaginative, and self-motivated, who will be developing and delivering marketing campaigns in order to increase engagement and name-recognition for the organisation. This is a fixed-term contract for one year, beginning Monday 20th July 2026 and ending Friday 16th July 2027 inclusive, with possibility of extension or renewal (actual dates tbd). The Marketing and Communications Officer will work out of our office in Edinburgh (EH1 2EL), with flexibility for remote working. Normal working hours are 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with some weekend and out-of-hours working as required. The hours of work are 1.5 days (10.5 hours) per week, with possibility of expansion; the application of these hours can be agreed upon to suit the mutual needs of the successful candidate and the company. The Marketing and Communications Officer would ideally be in place by Monday 20th July 2026.
