Manage social media and the organic social media plan to ensure that a range of Octagon stories are told across all our activities and our brand - productions, creative engagement activity, fundraising and commercial operations, ensuring content is engaging and high quality. Produce and manage content for our campaigns from copy to design, photography and filming, press releases and design briefs; working with colleagues, partners, influences, suppliers and other collaborators. Work collaboratively with peers across the organisation to identify stories and opportunities, and to share our successes. Have a deep, audience focused appreciation of our brand and work with the Head of Marketing to constantly develop our brand templates, tools and resources for the organisation. Evaluate our creative activity in relation to our marketing objectives and use insights and trends to inform future activity. Working for at least one year in marketing including working on a range of multi-channel campaigns. Creating high quality marketing content across written copy, video and digital design. Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent. Filming and editing short-form video content for social media and web. Commissioning and briefing freelance creatives and suppliers. Previous experience in theatre, arts or cultural marketing. Has skills and attributes in: Content creation - producing original, engaging creative content across all channels including social media. Creative writing - excellent written communication, proofreading, and an ability to write with brand tone-of-voice. Digital marketing - working with Search Engine Optimisation and Google Analytics. Collaboration - working with colleagues, artists, audiences, and creative suppliers create marketing content. Contribute to campaign and communications planning: developing ideas and concepts to communicate our work and brand; and evaluating our campaigns and acting on insights. Develop and execute creative content (paid and organic) that aligns with our, audience objectives and brand. This could include written, video, design, audio and photographic content. Manage in-house projects from start to finish, providing expertise in photography, storyboarding, filming, audio capture, post-production, and optimising for different platforms. With the Marketing Manager, commission content from suppliers including developing the brief, facilitating the creation, and ensuring its alignment with our campaigns, brand and requirements. Support our work with the traditional press and influencers by providing copy and 'hooks' to best tell our stories through these channels.
