Job Description

Fashion in Film Festival is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its public engagement, communications, and audience outreach between April - July 2025. FFF is based at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.

The festival's latest edition, Grounded, is an imaginative response to the ongoing climate and ecological crisis. Our exciting programme harnesses the power of cinema to explore the intricate connections between fashion, the human body, and nature-both real and imagined.

This is a part-time, freelance role totalling 22 days at £135/day between March and July 2025, ideally based at Central Saint Martins, UAL.

Job Requirements

  • Manage the festival's marketing campaign, including press release, newsletters and social media assets

  • Assist with the production of any print materials

  • Work closely with technical coordinator to create digital assets

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive audience participation across London, South West England and Scotland

  • Liaise with venues, press, other festival stakeholders, and local outreach officers

  • Create a compelling sponsor deck to support funding and partnerships

  • Prioritise Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in all festival marketing activities

Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate experience in marketing, communications, or audience development, preferably within fashion, film, or cultural events

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and press relations

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Ability to engage diverse audiences and align with EDI-focused outreach

  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
