Description
The Marketing, Digital & Content Officer should be a creative and detail-oriented individual. Supporting the venue’s marketing, sales and campaign strategies and directly working with visiting company producers on their campaigns.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Online Marketing
- Social media and online marketing management including: copy-writing for social media and running organic and paid campaigns
- Management of paid digital social channels including Meta advertising, Google Ads, PMax, TikTok etc.
- Designing, creating & sending newsletters and e-soluses
- Managing the website
- Coordinating venue print & visual assets (such as poster displays)
- Creating visual assets, on photoshop, InDesign, Canva etc.
- Supporting in implementing community engagement and audience development strategies
Visiting Companies
- Advising visiting companies on improvements they can make to their content campaigns across organic social media, visual content, copy and other assets
- Keeping the website and venue channels up to date with visiting companies marketing assets
- Delivering contractual marketing obligations (such as newsletter inclusions & social posts)
- Collating visiting companies assets and supporting visiting companies with resizing and creating marketing assets where appropriate
- Attending visiting company marketing meetings and taking notes and distributing action points throughout the team
- Working with the Box Office supervisor to ensure shows are ready for on-sale (on website, across social channels etc.), ensuring that third-party agents have necessary content and assets
- Supporting the box office supervisor with ticket offers & campaigns
- Creating content on Canva, photoshop etc. for campaigns as required
In-House Campaigns
- Supporting the Producing team with copy-writing, online and digital promotional campaigns for in house productions
- Devising and create social media content, including video content
- Coordinating and creating print & asset resizing
- Grassroots marketing campaigns and strategy
- General support and implementation of show campaigns
