We're thrilled that you're considering joining Icon Theatre as our Marketing and Impact Manager, a newly created role. In 2027, Icon Theatre turns 25. That makes this a brilliant moment to look again at how we tell our story: who we are, what we make, who we make it with, why it matters, and how people discover, experience and talk about our work. Icon has an exceptional reputation, ambitious plans and deep roots in the communities we work with. But we want our public voice to better reflect the scale, energy and significance of what we do. We are looking for someone who, at this important moment in Icon's history, can help make us more visible, more engaging and more culturally present, locally, regionally and nationally. We want our public voice to match the ambition of our work: rooted in Medway and Sheppey, relevant far beyond them, and capable of making people stop, think, laugh, care, book, share, support and take part. We want someone with ideas, energy and imagination. Someone who sees a brilliant campaign, brand voice or social account and thinks: "I wish I had the autonomy to try something like that." At Icon, this is your chance. But this is also a practical, hands-on role. We need someone who can write the copy, gather the data, update the website, create the content, build the campaign plan, collect the evidence, organise the assets and make sure the story is told properly. We know this role brings together a broad mix of skills. We do not expect one person to arrive knowing how to do absolutely everything, or to do everything at once. We are interested in your ideas, your judgement, your organisation and your ability to bring shape and energy to an exciting brief. If you decide to apply, we look forward to receiving your application. See Job Pack for Full Job Description See Job Pack for Full Job Description 1.
