Working closely with the Producer & Programmer and the Executive Producer on programming administration and marketing administration. The Marketing & Programming Coordinator will also work alongside the Marketing & Digital Producer to coordinate campaigns for visiting companies working in the building, being a predominantly artist and producer-facing role. They will support the programming team with creating and distributing deal memos and contracts, taking producers through the on-sale process, regularly check in with artists on their marketing campaigns, coordinate and support campaigns, community engagement, sales & box office support and other general administration and day-to-day queries that artists and producers have working in the building.
