ITC is seeking a Membership & Office Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This role will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the organisation, particularly in relation to membership processes, administration, and general office coordination. They will act as a first point of contact for members, providing a friendly and professional service, handling enquiries and ensuring accurate information is maintained across our systems. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident working independently and with a team. ITC uses a WordPress website and Civi-CRM database to manage membership records, communications, and event bookings, and the postholder will play an important part in keeping these systems up to date.
