Job Summary

We are looking for a new Membership Officer to join our small team to support our members in delivering amazing performance arts opportunities for children, young people and adults in the UK and abroad.

Job Description

Hours: 15 hours per week.

Salary: £28,000 FTE - salary will be pro rata based on a 15 hours per week position

Purpose of the Role

  • To lead on a review of our membership structure, membership benefits and new member recruitment processes and make recommendations for implementation to Board of Trustees.
  • To lead on the expansion of potential member benefits through contact with relevant partner organisations and promotion of these benefits across relevant sectors to promote new member enquiries.
  • To review and amend the new member application documents and wider membership materials.
  • To lead on the expansion of our member base through the promotion and profile-raising activities within the relevant sectors.
  • To plan and draft engaging membership communications to promote the benefits of membership.
