Job Description
The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced merchandiser with some buying experience who has worked in bookselling and/or the book trade. They will be able to demonstrate a high level of skills in communication, relationship management, anticipating challenges and finding solutions.
They will have excellent IT skills, be numerate, organised, and have an eye for detail, enjoy analysing patterns and trends and set out to solve new challenges and improve existing processes to increase sales, maximise profit, reach and reputation.
The role is important in helping to maintain Tate's commercial success and to provide dependable and sustainable revenue for the gallery. You will be involved at an exciting and busy time with the opportunity to make a valuable contribution.Job Requirements
