Music Leader - Lytham Dementia Choir, County of Song

We have an opportunity for a MUSIC LEADER for Lytham Dementia Choir who can:-

• Offer a range of physical and vocal warm ups for health and vocal upskilling in an inclusive and compassionate style to meet the needs of the members and carers/loved ones.

• Is able to accompany the choir singing popular songs on the piano or guitar - we already have a song book of lyrics and chords with over 60 popular songs. We would be happy to expand this songbook with songs over the coming year and take suggestions.

• We are looking for a singing leader approach rather than an entertainer that will upskill and teach the choir as they grow in confidence.

• We are interested in support at additional performances throughout the year and fundraising events.

• The venue is Hope Church in Lytham, and the sessions take place every Monday - 1pm to 3pm.

• £100 per two hour session (inclusive of all costs)
