We are looking for someone that will fulfil a role is central to the Service, with a focus on ensuring all frontline delivery is administrated in a timely manner and through working with the Lead for the Service to ensure accuracy in the collation of all data required. This role will also take a lead in ensuring the accuracy and continued implementation of the Music Services internal administration system, finance, invoicing and management of the website to ensure this is accurate, fit for purpose and accessible. The role will provide effective support to enable the successful transition of music services into the centrally coordinated Greater Essex Music Hub (GEMH) for the region. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of delivering a high quality, customer focused service. They will work flexibly with different key stakeholders, families, schools and children and young people. Proven software package and digital media platforms/tools skills and experience are expected. You will be able to work under pressure and within short deadlines, balance workload, and prioritise effectively. You will be able to work as part of a team with a 'can do' and cooperative approach. You will evidence the ability to review and refine systems and processes and ensure consistency of approach across the team.
