NYT Inclusion Producer (Assemble Project), part time (3 days per week), fixed term until October 2028, £18,000 per annum, plus staff benefits Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK in Salford, one of the world's most exciting culture and media destinations. The Inclusion Producer will lead the delivery of Assemble, a national partnership programme with the National Youth Theatre (NYT) designed to create inclusive creative opportunities for d/Deaf, Disabled, Learning Disabled and Neurodiverse young people. You will coordinate the programme locally, working with colleges, community partners, freelance creatives and volunteers to ensure high-quality, inclusive engagement. The role champions equity, creativity and collaboration, enabling young people to develop skills, confidence and pathways into creative careers. 3 days per week, normal working hours are 9-5 but you may have to adjust hours from time to time to accommodate the role.
