Permanent As part of our ongoing commitment to the safety and wellbeing of staff and those who engage with the Royal Ballet and Opera, we are in the process of expanding our in-house Occupational Health Service. Supported by the Benevolent Fund, our aim is to deliver best practice OHU services and ensure the RBO is a great place to work, where staff are enabled to achieve their full potential. To deliver this refreshed OH service, we are seeking an organised professional who will support the OH Lead and OH Advisor to provide comprehensive, proactive, and impartial Occupational Health advice to employees and managers. You will be responsible for the health surveillance program i.e. arranging appointments, carrying out the health surveillance and seeking guidance from the OH Lead or OHA if needed, plus carry out general office duties and provide administration support for a small, busy team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport quickly and liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders. They will be well organised, proactive and able to manage their own workload. Previous experience working as an OH Technician will be highly regarded so please do reference this in your application. A background in the arts is not a pre-requisite but an interest to learn more about the varied roles our staff undertake is essential.
