Harwood King Printmakers are a family run, second generation business with over 40 years of experience. We produce fine art prints of exceptional quality from our studio based in Newhaven. We are looking for an Office Administrator who is organised and can handle a variable workload. This position will require all aspects of administration and customer service including fielding telephone calls, responding to client emails and general data entry. Our customer base is mainly artists and galleries so an interest in the arts is desirable but not required. Desirable skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Experience with using Xero - Experience with using planning management systems such as Trello or Monday.com - Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize - Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and in person - Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, sales data and quotes using our CRM - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Supporting the accounts team with general finance administration (Xero) - Issuing invoices to clients.
