Eleanor Lloyd Productions is looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant and Assistant to Eleanor Lloyd. It will be a key role in the team, providing administrative and diary support and assisting the team with the smooth running of the office and our productions.

Job Description

Eleanor Lloyd Productions is looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant and Assistant to Eleanor Lloyd to join the team as we prepare for a busy 2026. This role is an initial fixed term contract running to the end of December 2026. In this time, we will be ensuring the continued success of Witness for the Prosecution, as well as preparing for a cast change in March, pre-production and running of the UK Tour of SYLVIA, and alongside this there is exploration and preparation work on our slate of future projects.

This role will be line managed by the General Manager and Associate Producer.

KEY TERMS

Contract: Initial fixed term contract starting in March 2026 and finishing at the end of December 2026

Salary: £28,000 per annum, paid monthly pro rata

Location: Offices in Leicester Square, with some travel to venues as and when required

Hours: 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday (with some out of hours work as and when required, for example on gala and press nights)

Job Requirements

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Experience in a similar role in a theatrical producing office or not-for-profit venue.
  • Experience in managing a busy diary with multiple conflicting priorities
  • A working knowledge of the sector
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work on a varied workload and to juggle competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Work, Outlook and Excel.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of people.
  • Tact, diplomacy and discretion.
  • Eye for detail and accuracy.
  • A flexible approach to working hours.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Responsibilities

The Office Assistant and Assistant to Eleanor Lloyd will be a key member of the team in the office, working closely with the whole team, providing administrative and diary support to Eleanor Lloyd, and assisting the team with the smooth running of the office and our productions.

  • Providing administrative and diary management support to Eleanor Lloyd (this will relate to business and personal engagements).
  • Basic expense tracking and receipt consolidation
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and itineraries
  • Handle confidential correspondence relating to Eleanor Lloyd productions and her board positions
  • Being the first point of contact in the office for visitors, ensuring they are made to feel welcome on arrival
  • Manage the Eleanor Lloyd Productions Instagram account, and regularly update the website
  • Working closely with the General Manager and Associate Producer and Creative Producer to ensure that key meetings are arranged
