Job Description

Working in the busy MACK studio in Brockley, South-East London, this is an exciting, front-of-house role encompassing office operations. The Studio Manager will be responsible for the upkeep of our three spaces, which are all in the same location, as well as providing key support to all teams.

Key duties include:

  • Office Support
    • First point of contact for all enquiries in person, via phone and support email inbox
    • Receiving and arranging courier deliveries/collections
    • Day-to-day upkeep of our three studios along Dragonfly Place
    • Overseeing office supplies, equipment and technology
    • Prepare meeting agendas, materials and presentations as required
    • Arranging office parties and events
    • Other related office/studio support
  • Customer service
    • Responsible for all general customer service enquiries (including some web order queries), via email and telephone, responding in the timely and professional manner
  • Executive Assistant duties to Publisher
    • Assisting the Publisher with ad-hoc requests as needed, such as booking travel, acquiring book samples, organising shipments
  • Special Editions and Rare Books
    • Helping with shipping out all Special Edition and Rare Book orders for web and trade
    • Working with the Sales Executive to maintain our Rare Books and Special Editions library
    • Supporting the Production team in the making-up and shipping-out of new Special Editions
  • Administrative Support
    • Providing ad-hoc support to all teams as needed, particularly during busy periods

Job Requirements

The Studio Manager will be responsible for the upkeep of our three spaces, which are all in the same location, as well as providing key support to all teams. This is a full-time role requiring office attendance but hours can be adapted to suit personal circumstances
