Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office, Projects & Production Coordinator to become an integral part of our team. This multifaceted role is essential to the smooth running of our office and the successful execution of projects and production activities.

Job Description

As the Office, Projects & Production Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with key team members to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects and productions. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining efficiency, meeting objectives, and upholding high-quality standards throughout all stages of delivery.

Subject to organisational requirements, you may be expected to contribute to multiple projects and productions simultaneously, collaborating with various delivery teams and external partners.

Hours: This is full time contract, which is 5 days per week equivalent Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm, some evening and weekend work will be required, which will be recompensed with time off in lieu.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in project and production support, along with excellent organisational and communication skills. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time, while maintaining a well-functioning office environment.

To thrive in this position, you must be adaptable, professional, and capable of managing a variety of tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting

Essential requirements:

  • Experience of successful project support
  • Knowledge and experience of production support
  • Experience of providing administrative and office management support, including processing, invoicing, diary management and report writing
  • Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise and schedule workloads
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft outlook, word and excel

Job Responsibilities

1. Office Administration

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain a welcoming environment.
  • Greet visitors and handle enquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and organise files.
  • Support team members with admin tasks and diary coordination.
  • Assist with marketing and social media content creation.

2. Project & Production Support

  • Provide admin support across projects and productions.
  • Help coordinate events, applications, interviews, and logistics.
  • Track participant engagement and assist in project promotion.
  • Liaise with technical staff to meet project requirements.
  • Collect and manage monitoring data and documentation.
  • Ensure health & safety compliance and support workshop delivery
  • Support workflow, contracts and delivery of production elements relating to all projects and productions
